This is not a sightseeing holiday. This is a 10-day sacred, beautifully paced meditation retreat crafted from our hearts for those seeking true peace, spiritual healing, and deep mindfulness. Whether you are an experienced meditator or a beginner ready to learn, we provide a safe, nurturing space for your soul to rest, reflect, and awaken.

• Day 1: Welcome to Yangon – Evening Reflection & Intention Setting
The moment you arrive, we welcome you with warmth and care. In the evening, we visit the serene Shwedagon Pagoda, away from the busy areas. As the golden stupa glows under the night sky, we will sit quietly together to practice our first breathing meditation and set a heartfelt intention for our spiritual journey ahead.

• Day 2: Fly to Ancient Bagan – Meditation in the Sacred Caves
We fly to Bagan, a magical land of timeless spirituality. Today, we step inside secluded, quiet ancient cave temples (Gu-pyauk) where generations of sages have meditated. In the deep silence and cool darkness of these sacred caves, we will spend the afternoon practicing focused mindfulness and experiencing an unforgettable stillness within.

• Day 3: Bagan – Dawn Mindfulness & Heartfelt Dhamma Discussion
We awaken before dawn to experience a silent walking meditation as the morning mist rises over the temple plains. The entire day is dedicated to your practice: we will host a peaceful sitting session guided by a respected local master, followed by an open heart-to-heart Dhamma discussion over local tea, helping you understand the true art of mindfulness.

• Day 4: Journey to Kalaw – Walking Meditation in Pine Forests
We travel into the refreshing, cool mountains of Kalaw, surrounded by whispering pine trees. Nature is our monastery today. We will practice a beautifully slow walking meditation (Zen Walking) along quiet, shaded forest trails, learning how to connect our breath with every mindful step on the earth, feeling deeply grounded and at peace.

• Day 5: Kalaw to Inle Lake – Transition to Water Sanctuary
This morning, we visit a serene mountain monastery in Kalaw for a final mountain meditation session. In the afternoon, we travel down to Inle Lake to check into our quiet floating resort. Surrounded by calm waters and misty mountains, this sanctuary is perfectly suited to prepare your mind and heart for the intensive retreat ahead.

• Day 6, 7 & 8: Inle Lake – Intensive 3-Day Silent Meditation Retreat
For the next three days, time stands still. We enter a sacred space of “Noble Silence” (total silence of speech and mind) to dive deep into our inner selves. Guided by respected meditation masters from the heart of Myanmar, your days will be mindfully structured with:
– Sunrise Mindful Breathing over the glassy waters
– Intensive Vipassana Sitting Meditation sessions in complete stillness
– Slow Walking Meditation along the tranquil lake paths
– Evening Dhamma Talks to gently heal and clear the mind

• Day 9: Inle Lake & Indein – Awakening & Gentle Reflection
We gently break our silence this morning with a peaceful reflection session by the lake. In the afternoon, a quiet boat ride takes us down a hidden stream to Indein. We will walk mindfully through a quiet path of hundreds of ancient, moss-covered stupas, letting the newly found peace in our hearts fully embrace the beautiful world around us.

• Day 10: Yangon Departure – Carrying the Gift of Peace HomeAfter a final group reflection and a closing mindfulness blessing by the lake, we fly back to Yangon for your international departure. You will return home not just with memories, but with a deeply healed spirit, a peaceful heart, and the beautiful, lifetime gift of self-meditation to bring light into your everyday life.
